ARAMUN Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

General Disclaimer

At ARAMUN, we strive to ensure that every product delivered meets the highest quality standards. However, certain conditions apply for exchange, return, and refund requests.

  • Products purchased during discount or promotional sales are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Products once purchased during a clearance or special campaign sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Used, washed, or damaged items are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Products must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
  • Shipping charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not fit or match your expectations. For that reason, ARAMUN offers a convenient exchange policy.

Exchange Conditions

Customers may request an exchange under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be attached.
  • The exchange will be processed subject to product availability.

Exchange Process

Customers may exchange products for:

  • Another size
  • Another product of equal value
  • A product of higher value (price difference must be paid by the customer)

Please note:

  • Each product is eligible for exchange only once.
  • Shipping costs related to exchange will be borne by the customer.

Return Policy

We take great care to ensure product quality. However, returns may be accepted under specific circumstances.

Returns will be accepted only in the following situations:

  • The product has a major quality defect
  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The size or color delivered does not match the order
  • The product is missing items or accessories

Return Time Limit

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.

After verification, ARAMUN will arrange the return process.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Have original packaging and tags attached
  • Include the original invoice

ARAMUN reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth order process, ARAMUN provides limited cancellation options.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation:

  • Within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Before the product has been shipped

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

ARAMUN reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment verification issues
  • Incorrect pricing or system errors

In such cases, customers will be notified accordingly.


Refund Policy

ARAMUN processes refunds only for approved returns or cancelled prepaid orders.

Refunds will be issued through one of the following methods:

  • Store credit for future purchases
  • Mobile banking refund (bKash/Nagad) for prepaid orders
  • Original payment method (where applicable)

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are generally processed within:

7 – 10 working days after return approval

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
